The 3rd Annual "Putting for Petra" is now in the books.

We’re still riding high from an incredible day on the course - and at Jersey's Bar & Grill - and it’s all thanks to you.

Whether you golfed, sponsored, donated, volunteered, or cheered us on, you helped make this year’s Petra Janjic Memorial Golf Tournament a huge success.

We’re thrilled to share that our 2026 tourney raised over $50,000!

Thanks to your generous support, in three years we have now raised over $160,000 for the Petra Janjic Memorial Scholarship - an academic scholarship in Petra's name for a graduating Hamilton District School Board student - to celebrate her memory forever.  This endowment is managed and administered by the Hamilton Foundation for Student Success (HFSS), a registered charity.

Save the Date - We have confirmed the date for the 4th annual Putting for Petra Golf Tournament will be on Sat Jun 12th 2027 at Tyandaga Golf Course.  Look forward to more information in early 2027.

This year’s Petra Janjic Memorial Scholarship winner is Athyna Vo, a Westmount High School graduate who will be attending the University of Toronto this fall. Athyna embodies the spirit of curiosity, kindness, and academic drive that Petra was known for, and we’re proud to support her next chapter.

We also want to recognize and celebrate Cari Gangaram, whose incredible commitment to Petra's legacy continues to make a lasting impact. Cari completes an annual 50 km walk to raise funds for the Petra Janjic Memorial Scholarship, and her dedication continues to inspire us all.  Over the past three years Cari's fundraising efforts have raised over $17,000!

From all of us behind the scenes, thank you again for being part of this day. Petra’s memory lives on through the community we've built around her—and we’re so grateful you're part of it.
